Guests staying on property will have access to additional activities throughout the week. A full itinerary will be released at a later date.
Flights
We recommend flying into The Orlando International Airport (MCO). MCO is about a 30 minute drive to Evermore and surrounding hotels.
Uber/Lyfts typical cost from MCO to Evermore is $30-50
Transportation
Uber/Lyfts, as well as hotel shuttles, will be adequate for close destinations. However, if you plan on visiting multiple locations beyond Disney and Evermore, a rental car is recommended.
The Conrad Hotel offers a shuttle to Disney Springs.
The Wedding Venue is located on Evermore Property and we highly recommend staying at Evermore for your stay. Evermore will make your commute to the wedding festivities more convenient, it also comes with great amenities and access to onsite activities. Accommodations available at Evermore are geared towards groups, we recommend booking a Flat (4 bedroom) or House (5-11 bedrooms).

The Conrad is a wonderful option for guests who still want to stay on Evermore property and have a smaller party size. The Conrad is connected to Evermore alongside the center lagoon. The property hosts highly acclaimed restaurants and bars, as well as a spa & private pools.
If you would prefer to stay at a hotel off-site, we recommend the following hotels less than 10 minutes away from Evermore:

- Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort

FAQ
What should I wear?
The dress code is formal cocktail attire. If possible, please dress in a spring palette including lighter colors.
Is the wedding outdoors?
The ceremony will take place outside on a shaded lawn with faux turf.
The cocktail hour will take place outside in a shaded courtyard with available seating.
The reception will be hosted indoors at The Boathouse.
Are children and/or plus ones welcome to attend the wedding?
Everyone is welcome to visit Orlando, however, we ask that only named invitees may attend the ceremony and reception. Please plan accordingly for childcare during the event.

Is there parking at Evermore?
Yes, there is free parking available near The Boathouse at Evermore for all of our wedding guests on our wedding day. Please have your ID’s available for the security gate.

Will there be a shuttle/ transportation?
If you are staying on property at Evermore/ The Conrad, there is a complimentary trolley that will take you to and from The Boathouse. We will not be offering transportation from off-site hotels. These hotels, however, are within a 10 minute drive and parking at Evermore is free.

Should I go to the Theme Parks while in town?
If you are staying more than two nights, we highly suggest planning a day or two at the theme parks. However, the wedding party does not plan on visiting the parks during this time. Karissa and Justin are unable to share complimentary admission for guests.
What if I have a dietary restriction?
Please note this on your RSVP, your meal will be accommodated. For cocktail hour bites, we will notate major allergens during the service.
Are photos allowed during the ceremony and reception?
We please ask that all phones are silenced and put away during the ceremony as we would like for everyone to be present. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos and videos that you’d like!
If I am not staying at Evermore or The Conrad, can I still come to the resort whenever I want?
Security will not allow any guests that are not staying on property to come through the gates except for the following reasons:
Dining Reservation at one of the onsite restaurants/bars (Evermore/The Conrad)
The Welcome Party (see Itinerary Page for details)

Please enter Evermore through Gate One on Evermore Way. Take the first exit at the roundabout, and then make the first left turn, you will enter the main parking lot. You will need to show your ID to the security gate upon entry.
If the main parking lot is full, there is another lot around the corner.

Ceremony Lawn & The Boathouse
From either parking lot, please walk towards the lagoon beach. You will find a welcome sign on your left along the path to follow to the Ceremony Lawn. If the elevator is needed, please let the staff know at the main entrance to the Boathouse.
Please be sure to arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony time.
